以前覺得溫度8度已經很冷, 經過多倫多"過冷河", 負8度也一樣跑步, 區區幾度算什麼!
下星期日半馬拉松比賽, 很害怕跑不完, 不是"愛不完"... SmileyCentral.com

今天多倫多氣溫是負18度﹐加上Windchill factor 是負23度。這個冬天好像不太冷﹖
