跑完半馬拉, 身體向後"唉"

4:50 a.m.準備乘地鐵到尖沙咀的起點.


心情已緊張起來, 就起跑了.


準備多日的半馬拉松, 終於開始啦!


我和其他健兒到終點後, 做些全身拉筋, 令身體沒有更疲累.
