雙腳無力有道理, 下次跑步要準備

因為暫停三個月跑步, 更忘記跑前兩小時不應進食, 所以上星期跑步時, 不論體力, 呼吸, 再胃痛, 令自己十分吃力, 幸好跑會朋友支持和鼓勵, 也完成6.7公里路程。
翌日, 雙腳酸痛。
