新年假期一味食, 計算卡路里要識

昨天, 和朋友們在香港仔水塘燒烤, 盡量控制食慾, 希望不要變大肥豬!
10:00
一片咖啡蛋糕
15:00
燒烤: 兩粒蝦丸, 一粒墨魚丸, 半隻雞扒, 一片牛奶多士, 一個雪梨
19:00
在茶餐廳吃半煲枝竹羊腩, 1/4走魚香的茄子煲,
= 增1磅
