和朋友們在超級市場選擇主餐食物和零食時, 想出十大我至愛的食品, 給大家分享: (排名不分先後)
- 1. 由黃豆製造的食品, 例如豆腐、 腐竹
- 2. 附加黑芝麻的食品, 例如黑芝麻雞卷、黑芝麻湯圓
- 3. 生菜 – 四季可買到, 也容易做餸
- 4. 蘋果 - 每天至少一個
- 5. 菠蘿 – 新鮮或罐頭一樣好味
- 6. 蓮蓉包 – 到酒樓必叫
- 7. 鮮奶 – 每天一杯
- 8. 羊肉 – 愛不釋手
- 9. 黑朱古力 – 不易肥胖
- 10. 日本百力滋 – 難以拒絕的誘惑
